What I LOVE most about myself is my determination and unwillingness to accept anything but success! =)
So I started the C25k challenge this morning. Felt like I wanted to die through parts of it, but I’m proud to say day 1 is done and I’m looking forward to day 2 on Wednesday!
With that said though, I want to start getting in some strength training on my days off from running. But I don’t know much at all about strength training to be honest. Anyone have good exercise regimes or plans?
