Anonymous asked: Grrr, maybe you've experienced this. If I eat whatever I want (I'm a big veggie person) I end the day with 200 calories or less (vegan diet). I burn more than that when I exercise! I have to force myself to eat more to get more calories in and then I feel sick. Maybe you have some meal/food tips or something that are healthy and aren't as low cal as celery. Congrats on your weight loss, by the way!

Well, brown rice and (wheat) breads/pastas are an easy way to rack up calories while not being completely unhealthy. Peanut butter is another higher calorie food without being completely terrible. Other than that, things like black bean burgers or foods of more substance, squash ravioli, things that are more than just fruits or veggies. I have a vegan cookbook, this one, actually, that has a ton of great recipes in it!
